Is it worth paying to get a CV written for you?
Question asked by: mrquestion

It is worh getting a CV written for you in some circumstances, though generally it is best to do it yourself as you know your career best.
However if you really struggle to write something like a CV and are going for a decent job then it can be worth it because for a spend of say a few hundred pounds you could potentially get a job paying many tens of thousands a year - a good return on investment.
And again if you are going for executive level jobs then again the outlay for the sake of your career and taking that next step is low and again it makes sense.
