My employer caught me doing my own work during work hours?

Question asked by: mrquestion

Oh dear you need to remember the golden rule my friend - if you are going to do something that isn't advised then you need to ensure that you don't get caught!

Hopefully they will show leniency (I am not sure in this day and age what they can and cannot sack you for) but you might need to consider your options and either show complete dedication, do your own thing full time, or try to find another job elsewhere.
