How to put on weight?

Well, putting on weight is something that some people find very hard, although most find it rather easy!
What you need to do to put on weight is simply consume more calories than you use day to day. The more active you are, the more calories you will need and also depending on your age and your sex too.
If you wish to gain weight then it is a good idea to see your doctor for ideas of what food groups you need, the easiest way is to eat lots of high calorie foods however these may not be the best for your health if taken in excess, therefore check with your doctor first. Good luck!

Hey i'm a guy, 6ft and slim, i think i have really high metabolism, as i eat a lot during the day, and dont seem to bulk out. any ideas? or is doctor best bet? thanksss luka
