What foods cause flatulence and can it be prevented

My husband has constant bad wind. he would like to know how to stop it.

There are lots of food that are likely to cause flatulence.

These include things such as baked beans and other starchy or carbohydrate loaded foods.

If you try reducing intake of these it could help reduce flatulence.

Some people naturally seem to have more bacteria that cause wind living in and around their guts than others. It could be worth trying those healthy yoghurts with bacteria cultures that are supposed to ensure your stomach is healthy to see if that helps cut out the wind too. Having generally fresh and healthy diet and taking regular exercise could have benefits too. Maybe see a doctor to see if there is any underlying reason for particularly awful flatulence.
