Four countries in Europe that are islands are as follows:
Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)
Also of course Ireland, which is an island (great name therefore)
Other islands include for instance Greenland which is technically classified as part of Europe rather than being a continent in its own right.
Another island in Europe is of course Iceland.

England scotland wales and norther ireland are not countries. just football teams. Historically speaking they were all individually countries, however regrouped together they form 1 country which is GB or UK...

You forgot Malta, Great Britain is not a country its a group of countries and Ireland has nothing to do with the word island.
Greenland is considered europe because it is part of Denmark along with the Faroe islands.
