What is a negative?
Asked on: 14 Aug 2009
In print photography this is what you get on the film when you take a photo with a film camera.
If you ever saw negatives, then they were a thin strip of dark brown film that when you held up to the light you could see a small image with inverse colours - these could be used to create new prints using printers equipment.
