What is a special case right angled triangle?
Question asked by: mrquestion

You are probably thinking of the pythagorean triples.
These are right angled triangles with an interesting property: all the lengths are integers.
For instance since we know that a squared + b squared = c squared then we can work out what these will be.
Well known ones are the 3,4,5 triangle and we can see this as 3x3 + 4x4 = 9 + 16 = 25 which is 5 squared.
