What is the circumference of the earth?
Question asked by: Dian__
Asked on: 27 May 2009
A search on google comes up with this:
40,075.02 KM (equatorial) 40,007.86 KM (meridional) 40,041.47 KM (mean)
So there you have it, that is the answer to what the circumference of the earth is.
Making sense of that figure is quite another thing - that is a lot of kilometres!
