What services do medium and large businesses get that small ones don't?

There are lots of specialisms out there and experts in certain sectors that small businesses don't get access to and aren't relevant for them.
For instance there are specialists in banking in agriculture so they know what the sort of challenges are for those who work in farming and agriculture so can respond accordingly to customer needs.
There are specialists in a whole range of other industries too and it is this knowledge of the particular sector and needs that is useful for the businesses in these sectors that need that help, support and knowledge from their bank.
