Which spot remover product works best?

In general anything that contains benzoyl peroxide will be effective. The higher the concentration the more likely it is to work and more quickly.
However the flip side is that it can irritate skin if sensitive to always try a small amount for the first couple of days when you first use it to see if you are prone to irritation from it.
