Why was America called the International Policing Power during the age of Imperialisim?
Question asked by: knowitall

This because of the overall influence role and respect that it had.
Hence it was fair to call it the international policing power in this sense because of that wide and overarching remit and role and presence that it had during the days of what is known as imperialism.
Hope this helps with your answer?
