Should I change my CV for each job I go for?

The CV should only change slightly for each job that you go for - really it is the covering letter that is the opportunity to change what you say and to be geared to the particular job.
However if you have a sentence at the top of your CV that gives a little summary about who you are, then it can be a good idea to tailor this to the particular job, e.g. "I am an experience project manager interested in new challenged in the IT sector" for an IT job and change it to "the Marketing sector" if you go for a marketing job or something!
