How to stop my Shih Tzu dogs eyes from tearing so much

My sweetie, M.E. is 4 1/2 years old, she is a Shih Tzu, her eyes tear all the time and it makes her pretty little face smell like spoiled milk. And that really stinks. I keep her eyes clean using just washed hands and a piece of tissue. Her eyes were not always like this. Oh and I make sure no hair of hers gets in her eyes. HELP

See the vet and find out why this is hapenning for sure, no one would be able to tell you definitively over the internet so best to get the peace of mind that a qualified animal doctor can offer.
