What makes people find God?

There are all sorts of reasons why people find God.
For many they believe it is a vocation or they were called to find God in their lives.
For others it is a personal choice and they make time for religion and investigate it, perhaps through a partner or being asked to a meeting or simply through curiosity and wanting to find out more about religion maybe due to some sort of life experience.
