Where do plus size models get the confidence from?

Models get the confidence from within to be a model.
One thing is for sure, if you are body conscious at all then the world of modelling is not for you given it is pretty brutal when it comes to telling people what they should look like.
One of the interesting things is with so much discrimination law around in many countries will there come a day where companies are not allowed to pick models based on what they look like as it is in that sense the most clear example of discrimination in any industry in the world!
