Find the angle of elevation

Gerard standing 80m from a tower measured the angle of elevation of the top of a flagstaff on top of a tower and finds that it is 56 degrees. He also noticed that the angle of elevation from the bottom of the flagstaff is 60 degrees. Find the height of the flagstaff.

All you need to do is to draw a diagram and then use trigonometry with the relevant angles and lengths in order to find the answer.
