The best way to build confidence at interview is through practice and preparation.
Interview success comes through knowing about yourself, being clear about what you have achieved, your values and what you want to achieve in the future.
All this requires some clear reflection to present itself in the best light at interview, therefore don't be shy about doing lots of preparation and mock interviews too.
