How can I build confidence at interview?

Preparing for your interview is a must; in reality we do not really know what questions we will be asked at the interview, we can have a good educated guess by reading the essential skills need for the job role on the job specification, as the employer is sure to ask questions around these skills. Once you know the answers to the interview questions your confidence will quickly grow-“knowledge is power” If you still lack interview confidence you can apply for a relatively easy job and attend the interview just to practice an interview or ask a friend to complete a mock interview with you. This is a great way to plan how to act during the interview. With a high lack of confidence, I would recommend using an NLP technique - circle of excellence, this is a great technique to help you gain confidence before an interview, I have used this with clients leading to positive outcomes.
